Meet The Team

Sean Riley MSc CPsychol AFBPsS

Sean is an accomplished and widely experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, specialising in psychological diagnostics, well-being, resilience and productivity in the workplace. His interest in psychology was borne out of curiosity, passion for people and a desire to create and implement the best working environment, often with limited resources.  

Having served over 30 years as an Army Officer, he has extensive experience as a leader practitioner, which is complemented by his thorough knowledge and experience of the design and implementation of training and developmental change programs in a multitude of cross-cultural, global environments. 

He is an experienced executive coach, and has supported individuals and organisations in a variety of scenarios, including supporting executives and teams under significant pressure and helping develop growth strategies and procedures. 

Sean is a registered psychometrics test user with the British Psychological Society and is trained in a variety of leading psychometrics tools.

Sean is an active member of the British Psychological Society and the Division of Occupational Psychology, where he enjoys constantly refreshing his skills with current research.  He is also a mindfulness teacher and advocate for Compassion Focused Therapy; the combination of these have a proven track record of reducing stress and anxiety, underpinned by empirical evidence.

Angie Ingman MSc CPsychol AFBPsS

Angie is an Internationally experienced Chartered Psychologist (Occupational) who is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. She is an experienced consultant who has worked in both the public and private sectors with senior managers, Directors, and Executives. She uses extensive experience of designing, implementing, and championing a range of interventions, by researching models and theories. She prefers a positive psychology approach, working on behavioural change to improve motivation and performance of individuals and teams.

Angie works in the area of recruitment and assessment and training, designing, and delivering exercises as well as training internal and external assessors in how competences and values are used in the selection process. She understands the various selection processes and how to avoid bias and discrimination during these processes. She adheres to the BPS/DOP Assessment Centre standards.

Angie is Test-User Ability and Personality (Level A and B) qualified. Accredited to use MBTI, Firo B, Savile WAVE, Hogan HDS and HPI, NEO, OPQ, LJI, Talent Q, 15FQ, 16PF, Strengthscope, 360-degree feedback. 

Angie is also an experienced coach. She has over 20 years’ experience of working in a coaching arena in the UK and the Middle East.  She works in many areas of business psychology and uses many different methodologies of performance coaching to develop people from all levels of management, on short and long-term projects.  She worked on a four-month interim project as a behavioural specialist to help support employees through a change management process, within a national transport organisation (Network Rail) in the London area.

Angie has designed and delivered training programmes at junior and senior levels, including ILM and CMI certificated programmes. Using psychological interventions such as Training Needs Analysis and Transfer of Learning, she ensures learning is informative, embedded but fun.

Carol Brooks MSc MBPsS

Carol is a Business Psychologist and Executive Coach. She has been working in the fields of organisation and workforce development for the past 16 years as a business owner. Previous to this she was a senior leader in the public sector and also spent time as a Non-Executive Director on the board of a large NHS Trust. Carol is passionate about supporting individuals, teams, organisations, and businesses to fulfil their potential and deliver legacy.

She uses research and psychological models and frameworks to inform her professional practice and their practical application in the workplace setting.

Carol is a Senior Practitioner with the Association of Business Psychology and a member of the British Psychological Society, abiding by their code of ethics in all client interactions.
