Mindfulness has become increasingly popular as a means to reduce stress and control anxiety. Furthermore, the techniques used are underpinned by significant empirical research.  We offer programmes in mindfulness that are adapted to suit your lifestyle.

This could be an eight-week ‘mindfulness now’ programme, which is broken down into weekly sessions where you will learn and practise the principles and methods of mindfulness in a group setting.

Or perhaps you would prefer to have one-to-one sessions, where specific issues can be addressed in a psychologically safe and confidential setting.  All sessions are carried out over Zoom, although if you would prefer face-to-face, please get in touch so that we can adapt to your needs.

We also offer a half day (4 hour) introduction to mindfulness for organisations, which is delivered face to face by accredited mindfulness teachers.  This works extremely well as part of a team building day, or as a regular feature of your well-being strategy.
